Photography pricing should be transparent. Portfolio Credits replace the traditional model of day rates and usage fees with a straightforward, fixed-price system. It is designed for flexibility; you buy your credits upfront inclusive of all on-shoot time and use them across multiple projects throughout the year as they reach completion.

An approach built on collaboration. You select the strongest frames from each shoot, allowing me to focus my professional retouching on the images that best represent your work. This ensures every photograph carries the same level of craftsmanship as the project itself.

The Details
Transparent Pricing: You buy your Portfolio Credits upfront. This is a flat-rate service. Your credits cover on-shoot time, professional retouching, and usage licensing.
The Multi-Shoot Advantage: This is the core of the service. You can use your Portfolio Credits for one comprehensive shoot or spread them across several shoots as your projects reach completion. Each package includes a specific allocation of shoots to ensure your portfolio stays current.
12 Month Validity: Portfolio Credits remain active for a full year from the date of purchase.
Aerial Photography: Portfolio Credits cover all aspects of project photography including interior, exterior, and aerial images.
Full Usage Licence: Every image delivered using your Portfolio Credits includes an unlimited digital usage licence for your own website, social media, and marketing materials in perpetuity.
Image Selection: Following a shoot, you will receive a proofing gallery to select the specific frames you want to spend your credits on.
Top-Ups: If a project yields more must-have shots than you have credits for, you can simply top up your balance at the specific per-image rate of your selected package.
Travel and Mileage: Every shoot includes a 60-mile round trip from my studio in Dartington. For projects further afield, additional mileage is simply charged at £0.45 per mile.
Efficient On-Shoot Time: To maintain the quality of the fixed-price model, shoots are intended for efficient, single-day documentation. If a project requires an intensive, multi-day shoot or complex staging, a Bespoke Commission may be more appropriate.
Joint Commissions: Portfolio Credits cover a usage licence for a single business. If a project partner also wishes to use the images, they can be added to the licence for a flat cost-sharing fee. Please get in touch to arrange this before the shoot date.
Add-ons
Aerial Video Clips: £100 per clip: HD drone footage to add movement and context to your digital portfolio. These are delivered fully color-graded and ready for social media or web use.
Bespoke Commissions
If Portfolio Credits do not suit your needs, I am always happy to discuss a bespoke quote. This is often more appropriate for:
Large Scale Projects Extensive residential or commercial developments requiring multiple days of documentation.
Studio Product Photography High-volume furniture or design collections hosted in my own studio. This controlled environment often allows for more competitive per-image rates for larger quantities of images.
Complex Productions Shoots requiring advanced lighting setups or specific staging and styling requirements.
Commercial Licensing Projects requiring extended usage rights for national advertising or billboard use.
