Image Bundles: A different approach to portfolio photography.
In addition to traditional day rates, I offer transparent, fixed-price Image Bundles designed for flexibility. This approach enables you to document multiple projects across multiple shoots, exactly when you are ready.
To suit your preferred way of working, I offer two different approaches for image selection. You can choose a Streamlined approach, where you decide an image quantity at the time of shooting and I curate the strongest images for maximum efficiency, or a Collaborative approach, where we select the final set together via a proofing gallery.

The Mini | £195
• 5 high-res images (£39 per image)
• Includes 1 Shoot
Ideal for professional documentation of smaller projects or individual pieces that can be hard to justify with standard day-rate pricing.
The Maker | £360
• 12 high-res images (£30 per image)
• Includes up to 2 Shoots
The flexibility to split your images across multiple visits as your projects reach completion or the seasons change. Perfect for documenting a smaller project in detail or two smaller works.
The Storyteller | £600
• 25 high-res images (£24 per image)
• Includes up to 3 Shoots
Spread your images across multiple visits, allowing you to document a project in detail or capture several smaller works as they finish throughout the year.
The Partner | £1,000
• 50 high-res images (£20 per image)
• Includes up to 4 Shoots
A high-capacity option providing consistent, professional documentation for studios with a high volume of output, or to comprehensively document larger, complex projects.
For larger-scale or more complex projects, traditional day rates and Bespoke Commissions are always available.
The Details
What’s Included: Every Bundle includes my time on site, professional post-production retouching, and a full commercial license for your website, social media, and digital marketing materials in perpetuity.
Image Selection: For every shoot, you choose the process that fits your schedule. Opt for Streamlined to have me curate an agreed quantity of images for maximum speed, or Collaborative if you prefer to select your own images via an online proofing gallery.
Aerial Photography: Image bundles cover all aspects of project photography including interior, exterior, and aerial images (if requested and where site conditions and regulations permit).
Joint Commissions & Licensing: Bundles are licensed to a single business. If a project partner (e.g. contractor or supplier) wishes to use the images, they can be added to the license for a flat fee of £150 per project.
Travel: Every shoot includes a 60-mile round trip from my studio in Dartington. Additional mileage is charged at £0.45 per mile.
Usage Period: Bundles are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, giving you a full year of seasonal flexibility to use your allocation.
Extras
Aerial Video Clips: £100 per clip: HD drone footage to add movement and context to your digital portfolio. These are delivered fully colour-graded and ready for social media or web use.
Bespoke Commissions
If Image Bundles do not suit your needs, I am always happy to discuss a bespoke quote. This is often more appropriate for:
Large Scale Projects Extensive residential or commercial developments requiring multiple days of documentation.
Studio Product Photography High-volume furniture or design collections hosted in my own studio. This controlled environment often allows for more competitive per-image rates for larger quantities of images.
Complex Productions Shoots requiring advanced lighting setups or specific staging and styling requirements.
Commercial Licensing Projects requiring extended usage rights for national advertising or billboard use.
