Clear, Fixed Pricing for Portfolio Photography

I offer two straightforward approaches to project photography, both designed to be simple, transparent, and structured around how you prefer to develop your portfolio. Both options feature all-inclusive curated image sets and full commercial usage rights.

Fixed Day Rates

Best for fully documenting a completed project in a single visit with maximum value.

Fixed day rates cover both my time shooting on-site and final image delivery. After the shoot, I take care of the heavy lifting by curating and delivering a full, comprehensive set of images. This eliminates back-and-forth selection delays and ensures a faster turnaround time.

Half Day Shoot | £400

  • Includes a half-day session on-site

  • Complete curated gallery of up to 20 final edited images

  • Full commercial usage rights

Full Day Shoot | £700

  • Includes a full-day session on-site

  • Complete curated gallery of up to 40 final edited images

  • Full commercial usage rights

Joint Commissions

For projects involving multiple partners (e.g. architects, builders, or suppliers wishing to share the imagery), a flat £100 multi-client licensing supplement is added to the base day rate. The total invoice is then split equally between all participating parties, making it straightforward and cost-effective for everyone involved.

Image Bundles: A different approach to portfolio photography.

Designed with flexibility in mind, Image Bundles allow you to purchase a set quota of images upfront and spread your photoshoots across a 12 month period.

To suit your preferred way of working, I offer two different approaches for image selection. You can choose a Streamlined approach, where you decide an image quantity at the time of shooting and I curate the strongest images for maximum efficiency, or a Collaborative approach, where we select the final set together via a proofing gallery.

Select a bundle that's right for you

The Partner | £990

• 45 high-res images (£22 per image)

• up to 4 photoshoots

A high-capacity option providing consistent, professional documentation for studios with a high volume of output, or to comprehensively document larger, complex projects.

Add-Ons & Extras

  • Dawn, Twilight & Dusk Photography Capturing properties and locations during the dramatic light of sunrise, sunset, or the evening 'blue hour' to highlight architectural lighting and striking skies.

    • Spring & Summer (May – August): £150 Due to extreme daylight hours, this option accounts for a dedicated early-morning or late-evening shift on site.

    • Autumn & Winter (September – April): £80 Captured at the beginning or end of a standard day shoot.

  • Aerial Video Clips | £100 per clip High-definition drone footage to add movement, elevation, and context to your digital portfolio. Delivered fully colour-graded and ready for web or social media use. (Drone flight capture is included in your time on-site; this fee covers dedicated video editing, grading, and licensing).

The Details

  • What’s Included: Every shoot includes professional post-production retouching and a full commercial license for your website, social media, and digital marketing materials in perpetuity.

  • Aerial Photography: Stills captured via drone are fully included within your standard Day Rate or Image Bundle image allowances (where site conditions and airspace regulations permit).

  • Third-Party Licensing: All photoshoots and bundles are licensed exclusively to the original commissioning party (or parties, in the case of a joint commission). If a project partner who was not part of the initial commission wishes to use the images after a shoot has taken place, they can purchase their own third-party license directly from me at a flat rate of £25 per image.

  • Travel: Every photoshoot includes a 60-mile round-trip allowance from my studio in Dartington. Additional mileage is charged at £0.50 per mile.

Bespoke Commissions

If Flat Rates or Image Bundles do not perfectly suit your project, I am always happy to discuss a bespoke quote. This is highly recommended for:

  • Large-Scale Developments: Extensive residential or commercial sites requiring multiple consecutive days of documentation.

  • Studio Product Photography: High-volume furniture or design collections hosted in a controlled studio environment.

  • Extended Commercial Licensing: Projects requiring usage rights for national print campaigns, billboards, or out-of-home advertising.

Let’s Work Together.
